Wheel Bearins
so we have ordered DBA slotted discs new pads and while i am at it i want to replace wheel bearings,these get done every 40 thou services and it is nearly due so going ahead and doing them now...what brand would anyone suggest... or just stick with the nissan brand

Cheers MB,...yeah none in stock on website,nissan here quoted 328..patrolapart is 120 or NSK's for 70 ea.....mate at nissan reckon the NSK are quality,might not worry about oem's

If your doing them every 40 thou i don't think it will really matter mate. that is a Short cycle imo. Id be happy with double that interval or more and just check the tension. Assuming your doing the front wheel bearing then your doing a Full CV Hub Rebuild too? Seems silly to strip out bearing races etc and not put a seal kit through it too.

to be honest ,i wouldn't know what they do,it's all with the servicing evrey 40 thou needs new bearings,so was hunting them as i might aswell put them in when i get the new discs ands brakes done
