    Must be happy with them if you are on your 3rd set.

    Leaning towards the Nittos at this stage.

    Cheers.

    Thanks for your input @Winnie & @MB. Nitto's seem to be the go it seems.

    So far I'm happy with the Toyo RT's (Toyo equivalent to the Nitto Hybrid 'Ridge Grappler - but with a slightly more open tread pattern in the middle) I fitted fairly recently but have only done road mileage on them so far. A bit noisier than my previous Bridgestone D697 AT's but a lot quieter than a full mud tyre. No difference in fuel consumption & should be better off road with the more aggressive tread & less sidewall bulge at lower pressures. Better balanced than both sets of Bridgestones I've had too - requiring far less weights.

    I reckon these look pretty good and the pic actually doesnt do them justice they look pretty impressive in the flesh for sure. If i was after a Touring Tyre these would get a serious look.
    Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!! ....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!

    The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

    Have a look at falken wildtreks. Put em on my 03 hilux. Quietest 4wd tyre I’ve ever used. They’re an AT. I used them in the Flinders recently and they were fine on very slippery outback roads when we got caught in the rain. Also no nicks at all after driving on sharp rocks. Mate has em on his Paj has done 80k and only just looking to replace them now

    IF YA DONT GET STUCK YA AINT TRYIN HARD ENOUGH........OR YA TOOK THE CHICKEN TRACK

    A few cans in, Tyres Tires
    Sadly have listened to Blokes too complain about great brands “Side Walls” in rocky shail shaving environments!
    Choose a tyre for your honest needs folks and “STOP” shagging the poor buggers through extremely piss poor line of sight!

    Thanks for the suggestion PB.
    Had a look at the MT71`s & the MT51`s. The 51`s look like a hybrid, not quite as aggressive as the 71`s but more than the AT`s. Could be a good compromise & the price for all Kumho`s is reasonable too.

    Thanks Cuppa. Sent off an online quote for the Toyo`s. Will see how they compare to the others.
