What is that muffler-like bridge from turbo to intake manifold? Some sort of water-cooler?

Talking about Tas Adventure, was watching some YT the other day and recognized one place you and MudRunner were, where his GQ was "too close" to rolling. A waterfall close to the ocean. It was nice to recognize that from pictures I've seen here.

Got to drive this bad boy today. Amazingly stable and went absolutely everywhere. Pretty cool little machine. Swivel seat so you look forwards both ways.
