Petrol tank as a Diesel?
Hey I’ve got a td42 and a spare petrol tank, could I use the petrol tank as a secondary diesel tank?

Don't think so ! the injection pump has an internal Pump .
it depends on how you want to pipe it up .

How are you going to transfer fuel from one tank to the main ??
04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there

Are you talking about the TB42 tank that sits under the drivers side, if so, yep plenty do it.
Just use a Facet pump to transfer to your main, there's a good DIY thread on here somewhere too, yell out if you can't find it.
