Never the less there is a huge amount of timber there.
That big Lemon scented Gum out the front of my place
is huge the council arbourist told me it was worth $60k.
I told him it was worth nothing if it keeps dropping branches lol

We've got one of those over here too! Google the Bicentennial Tree. White knuckle climb in light drizzle. Spikes are nice n shiny from all the traffic...
