35x12.5 r17 will they fit
Got a gq with a 5" lift will I be able to fit 35X12.5 r17 under it?

Yes. I need more info on your lift though mate? Radius adjustment at the front? Did you use bushes or drop boxes? Drop boxes push the diff forward which you will need on the front. If you just used bushes then you will need radius arm spacers (I have some I would sell you) or pull them out and go with drop boxes.
The rear will likely need a rear quarter cut and maybe longer trailing arms.

No the Drop Boxes will have spacing built into them already. You may crunch the back of the front lower guard when hitting big bumps or full lock.
