What did you do to your Patrol today!

Fitted a new Sony stereo with reverse camera and Kicker 300 watt speakers

Spewing though because I found out the supplied wiring loom has all the speakers in the wrong position. Oh well time to rip it out again and do a spot of rewiring.

OK, gotcha. The hole I have is approx 20mm below the new 4" SS bend - really looks untidy. I have been 'dreaming' about how to address it, and was more or less committed to a @Rossco style visit to a panel shop to fix it. I thought I would incorporate the repair with the bonnet vents, but perhaps you have set me on another totally different path to success. I am going to tack this all together tomorrow so my contractors on site can weld it out next week - bloody handy having a pool of great guys with skills to match who are happy to help. Thanks for the heads up Mark.

Installed new LED H4 globes yesterday & took it for a run last night. Low beam are excellent, high beam not so good, not much brighter than low but all good when the LED driving lights kick in. Will be interesting to see if the H4`s hold up.

Slowly upgrading all lights to led, T10`s on the way for parkers, side indicators & number plate light. Looking at replacing front & rear brake, turn & tail lights down the track.
