20kph under the posted limit on a freeway on WA, unless there's congestion

Depends on if your in a car or riding a pedal cycle vehicle *L*
I don't think there is a set minimum limit Mark, just the cops can fine you if they believe you are obstructing traffic

@warthog1 mate I’m even more confused now sorry :-( Coppers tried to do me for “Driving” a BMX pissed up in FNQ in my 20’s :-( Loss of car licence too for that they threatened, is true???

Yep inoxicated while in charge of a vehicle..... Got done for that in the UK, no loss of licence thought just points and fine

I don't know the answer to that mate.
I wouldn't ride p1ssed anyway.
I did when I was young but with the benefit of age and experience, not anymore for the safety aspect.
I wouldn't be surprised if you could do your licence.
Makes you wonder what you get charged with in the same circumstance if you didn't have one.

Not if it isn't capable.
Bicycle, tractor, farm equipment, horse and cart.
Slow vehicles, including bicycles are prohibited from using some freeways and tollways for that reason
