I bought a Husky 575xp @NissanGQ4.2 I’ve always been a Stihl man but this came a long at the right price & like brand new , a bloke had it but did nothing with it - still had original bar on it but he wanted a Stihl like his mates so traded it in , I paid $700 bucks for it with a brand new Oregon bar & chain 👌🏼 Bloody Quiet compared to the Stihl

Finally got to do a fuel consumption test. Topped up to first click. Rolled up 147.6k, couple of short runs and 110k of highway driving.
Was pretty much convinced the best I might see was 13-13.5 L per hundred. Topped up to first click. 17.25 litres. WTF.
That works out at just under 11.7 litres per hundred k.
All I can put it down to is moderate giggle pedal application and the W2A IC. Max egts I have seen, towing, 350. Cannot get the coolant temp over 80.
Happy, I'm feckin ecstatic !!!!
I AM NOT STUBBORN.........I prefer the term, Singlemindedly independent !
