Who else runs a lift pump to their 12 mm Ip?
Is a Fasset or something similar needed to up the pressure to their 12 mm Ip ?, If so what brand and running volume ?

Yes. I fitted mine when the turbo went on before the pump upgrade .

UFI told me to throw my Fasset in the bin and I am not sure but I think he said it is all so not needed on the pump,so I am confused now he all so said that I want flow over pressure

Thats correct you want flow over pressure. I take it that this is related to your other thread?
Firstly, start by spelling put what exactly the current issues you are have.

Yes a carter pump on mine. Soon after it was fitted I had a god awful ticking noise in the pump. It would change with engine rpm. I would go away if I pumped the primer on the fuel filter. In the end it was slight fuel starvation to the pump. As soon as the Carter was fitted all noises gone.
