Took the boy to Torquay beach. Had an amazing day. Car got a good workout on the freeway too for a few hours... I forget how good this car is on long drives on the freeway!

Got a replacement from Autopro today for $200, and an Auto Elec provided a conversion harness for $25 bucks. The alternator is worth more than the van but we are mobile again.
Nasty but hahaha. You've doubled the value of your van, put petrol in it and increase it's value even more ;-)
