I just used my trolly jack with length of 100mm square timber on it to lift the body.
The front seats need to also come out as one of the bolts screws in the opposite way to all others. Dont know why...
And there is a small crossmember just infront of the rear fuel tank that is bolted to the floor. This needs to be undone too otherwise the rear mounted will be impossible to change over.
Took me a few hours to do.
Id recommend replacing the front mount bolts only too. These bolts will be rusted in for sure as they screw into the radiator support panel. All the other bolts will be like new still.
Cost is not a lot for what you get too.its about $350 from memory for the set or bushes.

Not sure how many body blocks are required but I think I have 6 x 70mm ones here
Id never need them
Dark blue poly blocks,,, these are the best to use so Im told

Went by the garage to se if it has fixt it self. no luck this time either.
Done building the house now so maby its time to do somthing. It has not been out of the garage in 2 years....

Yep got home on Saturday. To be honest only a very little bit glad to be home it's taking a bit if adjusting! !
Can't complain tho was a great trip just over 10,000 k all up better change the oil i think. . .
Yeah maybe a little weekender soon, how did you go with your clutch or don't ask? ! !

Don't ask! Lol. Nah I have got the new hose to put in but haven't had a chance yet.
New fuel pump is built and should be here soon too which I am dead keen for! But obviously need to sort the clutch out first

I've been offered a 12mm built new pump for $2000 is that ok no exchange and it's by a reputable company over here but not Ufi
2003 gu3 td42tdi sold 😞 bloody gvm towing crap. Bt50 3500kg gvm.
