Inspired by @TPC 's ribs dish which looked fantastic, can anyone point me in the direction for a good mac and cheese recipe? I've got no idea how to make it, and off-the-shelf versions I've bought have only made me dry heave and chuck in the bin.

Is mac and cheese actually edible??

Similar to your Bechamel lasagne topper sauce mate, make the roux with flour and butter, add milk and a SHIT LOAD of cheddar cheese, add cooked macaroni, top with bread crumbs and whack it in the oven (or smoker for extra extra flavour)

Pork belly and veg tonight and I didn't have to do anything.

My eldest first attempt it had really good flavour and super moist. He did some sort of rub last night. Cooked in the oven and had one of the best crackle ever.

I heard about a corner beef with ginger ale recipe the other day, so I thought I'd but some corner beef and give it a go. Got side tracked from that recipe and ended up doing corner beef with dark beer in the pressure cooker tonight. Omg, soooo yummy. Sandwich meat for the week all set!!!

    El cheapo aldi dinner tonight.
Marinated pork ribs & marinated boneless chicken roast both in the smoker at 120 degrees for at least the next 3 hours.

Trying wood chips wrapped in foil this time

    Sooo now I wait.
