Hi, Just joined as I'm considering buying a GQ patrol. Looking to see whether this is the vehicle for me.

As I lay there looking up, taking in the spectacular view that was the night sky and the multitude of stars I asked myself, where did my tent go?

Thanks for the welcome guys. I've never had a 4WD before, so looking forward to the prospect of owning one and seeing some places that can't be gotten to in anything less... Strange question but would anyone happen to know the inner and outer track width of a standard GQ Patrol? I know that the front track is 1465mm and the rear is 1435, but just wondering about how much offset the standard wheels have.

Hello and welcome to the forum, remember bang for buck Patrols are live axle
makes them perfect to tour or turn into a billy goat chaser, most of all enjoy yourself
04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there
