    Speedo pinion chipping teeth

Hi I have a 2007 TB48 aunto and been having issues with the Speedo pinion chipping teeth. I have replaced the pinion and the Speedo at 100km was actually showing 130 and then stopped working. When I check it, it had chipped a tooth off the pinion again.
Any ideas what could be causing the issue? TIA

How long have you had the car? Has this issue just started? Was there the same amount of teeth on old and new gears? Has there been any work to the car recently that might have affected this?
Whats the part number of the gear that you bought?

My first thoughts are the wrong driven gear installed or damaged, driven gear installed wrong, damaged, worn or floating drive gear.
