GU Patrol - How to fix factory clock time?

Hello all,

I am new to this site.
I just bought a 2003 Nissan Patrol ST GU III MY03 5 speed manual. I just wanted to ask, how do you change the clock time on the factory dash?
Also, would anyone happen to know how to change the clock time on the JVC KD-R300 stereo?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I disabled the clock on my stereo as it always went out of synch with the one on the dash. But suggest you look for a manual from JVC.

My dash one says M one way, H the other with the little knob sticking out.
