Hello. I've got a 2005, ex Telstra 4.2 TDi ute and I'm really happy with it. It's reliable and hasn't let me down.
The only non-standard thing I've done to it is basically the GVM upgrade. I give Telstra credit, they did a pretty good job setting it up for remote work.
Admittedly, I very, very rarely go 4wding, and haven't done so for a really, really long time, but that's about to change as my German Shepherd is nearly 7 months old. I'm just getting my boy, 'Cyclone', used to riding in it. When he stretches out, his butt rests against the passenger door and his head rests on my left leg. lol.
A couple of job changes meant I very rarely got the chance to use it. I've done it up to accommodate remote camping and love it to bits and will never sell it.
Winner of 'Best 4 x 4 ' at the 2017 Albany Agricultural Society Inc - Town n Country Ute Muster.
Ex Telstra - 2005, 4.2 TDi ute -with pod and more fruit than a grocery shop.
