Any home loan specialist/ brokers here??
Looking to refinance the house.
Living in a small town with 2 brokers you really don't get the best deals, but more who pays him more gets us..
Wanna bowl this over soon. So if you work for someone or ya self let me know.
A couple of general questions.
We are mid renos, bit off more than we can chew.
If we were to re-evaluate would the assessors take into account the finish product, or what they see??
I realise paperwork etc will have to be done via mail, but can I use am interstate broker??
Any advice or help appreciated.
Cheers

Currently in the process of buying another house. My broker got me a good deal from a lender on the other side of the country, anything is possible with internet and electronic signing these days although the amount of times you have to verify your identity is tedious. If you don't have a newish smartphone to run the app they use you'd be lost.
They are pretty much interested in your ability to reliably make repayments, with room to move incase interest rates increase a little. After all the info this lender asked for I wasn't 100% confident we would get the finance, but somehow we did.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

I just used Judith Baynes from Smartline in Adelaide and she was fantastic, Made purchasing my first place extremely easy. She come recommended from quite a few friends that had used her in the past.
