I am lucky, in fact in some regards happy to be locked down instead of travelling back and forth between Melb and Townsville on a plane every 2 weeks, locked up in a recirculated air environment, HEPA filters or not. I dont get wound up about the woes of the world because i simply know what I can and cant control. This is not a flippant post by any means. I think a different perspective needs to be adopted that is adapting to a longer term set of restriction, otherwise you are going to spiral down the 'S' bend and its only dark and messy down there. I hope this helps in some way. Try and find a positive spin, even if small.
I found a positive spin on it PeeBee.

Going to run some wiring up to the roof with led strip lighting and light bar just cos really. . Will redo some wiring up front with fuse box pretty much just for lights then 24v for winch with two optimas under bonnet. .

Most property managers are scum to renters. It's the only thing they're good at.
Years later with a cheap investment property, most property managers are scum to the landlord. It's the only thing they're good at.
In short, most property managers are scum.
Disagree? Call me out.
