Someone distracted by their phone GPS on the freeway today. Close call for the family and I in the Patrol.

Idea behind it is that the shit paper acts like a protective barrier , has same properties as a face mask. Another quality idea coming out of wonderful country of China.

I hit the anchors quite heavily at about the 9sec mark in the video, just as he fishtails towards the car in the left lane. I couldn't have pulled up in any shorter distance, so the gap ahead is what saved me.
This is with an unloaded car, not towing, no spare wheel on the rear, 1/8th fuel in the main tank and 1/4 in the sub tank 2 adults and two kids under 7.
I'll be looking at new rotors and pads, potentially even better calipers in the future too.

Yep. What was the pedal like? I find when I have to jump on the brakes I just about go to the floor. I developed a habit of pumping the brakes now. I even do it out of habit in the Mazda sometimes.

Tell me about it got a hit in the rear this morning on the ring road. Guy admit that he was looking at the GPS to find a quicker way to work. A couple of lucky ones, wasn't a big hit, had the touge on so no damage to me (got his details and will have a look underneath tonight) and wasn't driving the Clubsport. Had only parked it up on Tuesday night.

The pedal felt pretty firm and didn't go to the floor but the car just slows. You can see that the front end doesn't dip at all.

Better quality brake hoses are on my 'To Do' list. The original ones expand with pressure.
