Hi Ben, I reckon I might be interested in some straps to hold our fridges onto their slides. The box got from you is a real winner. MrsTea is much happier with it than the lidded nally box it replaced. It has been in daily use since we left Broome at the beginning of June, has seen *plenty* of dust & simply does the job. Might have to catch up with you in the next month or two. Arrived in Mareeba this morning, will be a bit north of Mossman for a few months.
G'day Cuppa, I'll be around the Tablelands today entertaining kids on school holidays. I think we are doing the waterfall circuit and the cheese/chocolate factory at Millaa Millaa / Malanda.
Be great to catch you for a coffee or a coldie while you're in NQ. I'd made up a list of some of the places and a suggested route to take for the Cape area too. Now just have to find it again...
Between Patrols ATM. Had a beaut GU with 6.5 Chev TD. Next is a GU ute with a 4.5 litre Cummins conversion and a camper on the back.
The things you gotta do. As much as I hate doing it, I really just want to try and be genuine about it and what the box, and ourselves are all about. Would rather be camping and fishing, but anyway.
And yes, the weather was cold and miserable, but I was still wearing shorts and thongs in true NQ style...and had to drag my daughter into a modeling role as well. She loves it too by the way.

We’ve finally ripped out the stupidly heavy 85kg Titan drawers from the family GU and playing around this afternoon with a new lighter touring setup to come.
Previously we could only fit three of Ben’s awesome boxes, now it looks like we have two huge volume options:
#1 Relocate 80L Waeco and strap down nine (yes 9 :-) Expedition Boxes.
#2 Make a basic plywood box over 80L Waeco and strap down seven Expedition Boxes.
Thinking we’ll move towards option #2 as we will already have many Expedition Boxes up on the roof rack for lightweight clothes and bedding etc...
Not going away as much as I want , but loving my EB [expedition box]
For me and my camping gear its the right size, not huge like others, plys
Im using the complete inside not fill 60mm wall like some others.
Yeah love it will be getting another soon, great box cant really see how to inprove it
Good work keep it up

Trying to set a new record or something mate? Next you will need some labels so you know what is in them all. Or colour...
Loving them too mate, reckon I’ve tried almost every others out there, yours are Tops!
Thinking we’ll let the kids ‘sticker’ up their clothes boxes and ‘label maker’ the rest as our trip packing needs change heaps with different locations, tucker tools etc...
BTW: If you were to Jigsaw a side entry door hole into your black box on the ground, reckon cutie pie pooch would travel super comfy too :-)

Well I’ll be buggered, never noticed before that the nesting profile meets the roof rack side rails to perfection!
A strip of hose/padding should suffice nicely for vibration wear.
We’re looking to have smaller rated ratchet straps semi-permanently tied to the center of rack and over with ratchets on the outer to hug back and quick release when jocks or socks are needed nightly, maybe daily depending on tracks we attempt:-)
Today’s pre-trip/mock-up completed!
Six Expedition Boxes up top will well and truly do us for clothes, bedding etc..
Plenty of room down the middle for the Oztent RV5 & Tagalong with room to spare at the back for bagged chairs, happy days, thanks again Ben mate
