Pretty mild here today, Lucas. I got out and mowed the fire breaks and walking track today, because they're expecting a brutal temperatures tomorrow. Because of the fact that we have the sea on three side of us here it will probably rain

Temperature out our way doesn't matter - hot is hot- whether it's 38 or 45.
It's a hot, dry heat. The hot wind sorts out the men from the boys!

Here in Exmouth its a lovely sunny day and a balmy 33 degrees... down the bottom of SW WA they just broke the January all time record for rain.
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Just picked up a 4 week contract in Darwin, starting err....mid Feb! D'oh!! . Spent 7 months in Darwin 22 years ago but that was mainly in the dry. Will sweat like a proverbial piglet this time I expect.
What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??

Heading back to the mine in NW QLD. They have not had a day lower than 43 for the last 6 weeks, RH is about 10% and most days its in the low 50's - up to low 70's in the plant area - going to be YUK! 12 months contract rolling.
