Seriously mate, bring it over and we can have a good crack at it. It really is a 2 person dent mate. some pressure from inside and a smooth face hammer on the paint side will make it considerably better than it is.

Removing the inner trim will give you access to get in there, but since the fold/crease line is damaged, it will take a lot of beating, and pulling to get it straight again. To get it straight properly, the paint needs to be taken back to bare metal.....

If you want to get it done, how much would you pay to neaten it up a little, as I know a good panel beater that will usually do it a bit cheaper if there is no time pressures and he can use it as a fill in job?
