Decisions, decisions
Hi all.
I'm seriously considering a career change, and in order to "follow my dream", it will mean selling my ute.
For those that know what I've got, how much do you reckon would be a 'reasonable' price.
For absolutely everything, I was thinking $35k. Is that too much?
I'm going to sell it 'lock stock and barrell' including all my recovery gear.
I haven't made a final decision, but I'm moving towards it. lol
Winner of 'Best 4 x 4 ' at the 2017 Albany Agricultural Society Inc - Town n Country Ute Muster.
Ex Telstra - 2005, 4.2 TDi ute -with pod and more fruit than a grocery shop.

I am he, fear me
Depends how long you can wait for the right buyer... 35K is IMHO reasonable asking for "everything" EG the HF alone is $2K any day of the week
Only problem is you will need a buyer who doesn't want to customise a rig up himself or has 1/2 the stuff already.
Winning that Ute category at the Muster will help a bit.
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

I certainly hope not. lol
There's a lot of good people with a lot of good rigs, on here.
I could take out a loan and keep my ute, or sell it, move on and be debt free in my new venture.
Given the fact I'm 59 this year, I'm no spring chicken and want to be debt free when I retire. lol.
