Was pretty cool looking inside the roof and was pretty bad in there. Don't think I would have thought of using an axe to chop a car up but works well. . . New business - Christmas Hills sunroof installations

From the outside you would never know it was that bad. I think mine is worse than that

Yeah pretty scary. . . Thinking how it starts, obviously keeping it out of the weather helps a lot but in theory water / moisture shouldn't get in the roof from the outside the only way in is through the headlining. Probably a good idea to make sure never leave wet stuff in the car too. Also not a bad idea to fish oil or similar from the inside. . . would smell nice ☺

Yep, a lot of the rust could be from the old days of deep crossings, wet carpet, etc, very scary!

Nah you will find it gets in through the Seam Sealer in the gutters. if you run a roof rack and damage the seem sealer it will do this for sure.
ps. Your a bloody Hack!! Go the AXE!! interesting way to start of Ute Chop! I think you missed the line though.
Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!!

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Ah yeah that makes sense.
The axe was @MB's idea and worked a treat. Can't believe how easy it sliced through it, just needed some grinder work through pillars. If you've got an enemy you want to get square with, axe and a few minuets will have a car in half i reckon, certainly was fun.
Yeah Christmas Hills Sunroof & Ute conversions coming up ☺ . . .
