Just got off the phone to Rossco. He said yours were pretty average and wouldn't install them so Rossco had to buy some newies.
Its a shame but the Millweld gear looks great especially the news scrubbies!

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

I think you need to have it mount on the outside of snorkel though as the slots are designed to channel water out of the head to the outside of pipe rather than down the intake whilst driving in rain?

Just got back from a pretty wicked couple of days in the bush, took heaps of picies will put a few up a bit later. Far out what a cracker of a weekend weather wise even managed to get in a swim or two. Suprisingly there was still a bit of snow around in the mountain peaks. . .

Back to the scrub bars lol. They came up friggn awsome Mill said they were real good. Cheers again, should go into business Dazzweld has a good ring to it I reckon . . .

If you're travelling from Mansfield to Whitfield on the Whitfield rd there is powers lookout on the right and just before it is Boggy Creek track on the left ,any Hema or VMS show the track, should also be on any decent map of the area .
Follow that track till you come to the lake , great camping ,great fishing and 99 times out of a hundred you'll get a big sambar sprint past you on the track .

Good to see them now supplying their 4" snorkels with a 4" ram head. I'd stick with the one you got full advantage of the airflow, water can run down the outside of the pipe and the 4" head actually has a better mounting option
