Finally got the right 4gl gearbox oil and now the gearshift is so smooth. Although a lot quieter the harsh whining noise is still there in the cluster (1st, 2nd 3rd and 5th). 4th is almost silent so I'm just gunna turn up the radio and pretend all is good.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Awesome..
I think my thumper will appreciate a tank..
I have a 5kg tank at home actually lol..
I'll clean it up and oil the inside with fish oil..
Think I'll mount it outside the cabbin though

@bigguwesty Fish oil eventually dries out (may flake off) and also goes milky when subjected to moisture.

If yours is the double thumper like mine it's rusting the fittings so must be a lot of condensation in there somewhere , must put something in the tank to rust proof it myself .
Pumped up the trailer tyre today and from 20 to 38 psi in about the same 15 secs .

Condensation is simply from the air compressing and cooling. You wont exclude it, but to get rid of it you need to vent it to atmosphere, which unfortunately means you lose the pressure. To maintain the pressure without the moisture, you need a drier, but not practical. @MB suffered from this on a recent trip where the moisture froze and disabled the difflocks. If you want everything to be 'rust free' go stainless or aluminium.

Just got a knock on the door from a stressed delivery driver bogged hard on the most shittiest driveway in Australia next road over. Man I love my Gq, what a beast!!! Apparently RACV turned up and couldn't do anything and wanted this poor bloke to get a crane in $$$
