It says to tap the "build number" 7 times to open a sub menu but i can only find a model number and it does fark all..
Any assistance or should i just pay some farker to do it before i wipe my phone clean??
If it is the SD card, have you tried taking it out of the phone and puting it in a card reader?

Hope you didn't buy the SD card off eBay.
I lost a load of photos because a dodgy eBay SD card.

Photos are jpegs, pc will recognise them as long as your card isn't stuffed

Unfortunately not, pretty sure someone put something up on here a wee while ago.
Just for the record, Sandisk dont have a great record for reliability. Ibuse Samsung Evo Ultra only.

Well just rung computer joint and $55 just say yes or no.
Then around $110 depending on sucess..

What model phone? I know if the S5 you have 2 open settings, About Device then tap on Build number a few times 2 get developer mode enabled

Not 100% correct, I believe the Samsung S7 allows photo's 2 be saved in the RAW format not sure of any other formats, and also probably depends if one is using the default phone app or another developers app

Won't matter what device took the photo a pc card reader will read it.... unless of course there is something wrong with it

I've always used genuine Sandisk and never had an issue
