In Victoria you are allowed a witness or seconder to be present in such matters , I know of one guy that used this to his advantage ( he should have been fired) but started saying to the boss are you harassing me ? Then took two days off on stress leave .
He kept doing the same thing over and over every time he was spoken to , he found another job elsewhere and left eventually but that old harassment claim worked for this guy .
Harassment + workcover = bullying and no company wins this one .

My company used to be just like that mate. And it started at the top, the MD for Australia was the one who started it all.
It was all a big boys club and if you didn't go out to Sydney on weekends and take cocaine and sneak hookers home when your wife is away, then you're not one of the boys and you will be railroaded out eventually.
We are a big international company so when our French head office heard about it they flew someone out and marched everybody out the same day.
Was hard to work for them for a little while but the last 2 years have been the best we've had in decades and it's a great place to work now.
I hope somebody realises this bloke is just out for blood mate and things sort out for you.

Not even sure if this is the right place to post this. Just saw a video of my grandson and his mates 4WDing in the sand hills on Fb over the weekend. Half way in is a Landcruser stuck on the top of a sand dune, sitting on the transfer case with front and back wheels off the ground. My grandson to the rescue with his Landcruser. Snatch strap from tow ball to tow ball and snatch him backwards down hill. Shit I just can’t believe it after what I have said trying to help. But I’m just an old fart that doesn’t know how to have fun. I would put it up but I don't know how to cut the bit out of the middle of the video, and I'm sure you guys don't want to watch three hoons wrecking sand dunes for half an hour.

Sounds like a fair enough vent 4by4 , in the old days we didn't know better and wouldn't listen to advice like this anyway .
Hard lesson to learn if your towball snaps and someone gets badly injured or killed .

What has made you Angry Today???
The danger, apart from the tow balls bit, is if you snatch a vehicle backwards down a soft sand dune, it may skew as it comes over and roll down on top of you. These guys are doing so many things wrong it's hard to understand how they survive. They also have the snatch strap doubled so the cars are closer together as there isn't enough ground for a straight run with full strap out.
