main bearing size

Hey guys,
new to this,,
I got a 1998 gu tb45e aftermarket turbo setup motor has about 300k running 7lbs boost,, looking to rebuild motor,
Can anyone give me some advice as looking to run "h beam conrods" for td42 as I think are same length... what I need to know is if the same size main bearings for both tb45 and td42, the stroke are the same at 96mm n obesely the bore is different as the td42 is 96mm dia and tb45 bore is 99.5mm... any info greatly appreciated!!

From what I have found the part numbers for tb and td are different
