But this place was almost in the heart of town, and walking distance for the girls to get the bus for school.

You can always build a shed... high enough so if you also got a hoist the family cars could be easily serviced.
Thinking oil changes, cleaning away mud, mods to everything, tyre changing, repairs, replacing and bleeding brakes, safety inspections the list is endless really.

I spent the night in hospital with some severe stomach cramps thinking it was potentially appendicitis, turns out I'm just full of shit ie haven't drunk enough water and am constipated lol... Happy days!
