Enjoying the trips
Replace the rear leaf bushes, shackles and pins.
Checked the drum brakes and cleaned.
Replaced the front sway bar bushes.
Checked the front brakes.
Replaced all the shocky bushes.
Greased everything with a grease nipple.
Some clubbies gave me a hand and I helped them getting ready for their upcoming Kimberley trip.
Another clubby gave me a BlackMax rim exactly the same as mine, with a near new Bridgestone AT tyre on it.
Had a BBQ for lunch. Beers after "work". A long hot shower and now a long cold JD.
I am very happy!
Cheers

I hate auctions but best of luck mate, seems all agents want auctions for some reason.

Yeah, best wishes for a good price BA...
Agents want Auctions because it is usually quick money (much quicker than average sale times) IE potentially within 6 weeks, less work with minimal negotiating etc and hides their incompetence if they can't get the valuations right.
Auctions have their place I s'pose but I would want a hot market with high clearance rates before I would consider using the method which Perth def is not.
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

yep, auctions not a good idea over here at the mo........... in fact I'd say selling a house during this current downturn would be a right pain in the arse....... we had a not in the letter box from one of the agents the other week, saying that the median house price had fallen 50-60K in this area in 6 months, which is just great news
