Welcome to Australia Andy, and NP.com.
Plenty of info here with top members to match.
The RB30 is a great mid sized motor and with some simple mods like intake and exhaust, EFI upgrade and turbo if you have some cash they can be a top little motor.
Im sure the guys will sort you out but quick search using the search bar top right of the forum will unload heaps os info..
So jump in, enjoy the forum, enjoy the outback and most of all the new rig.
Cheers

Andy here, a newbie to this website. I moved here from England about 18 months ago now, and only just been allowed to buy a rig!! I'm new to the 4x4 scene so will be asking a heap of questions.
After reading a few forum questions and abit of research, I've eventually bought a '92 RB30, 1 owner from new and is clean as a whistle. Has just under 300k but I heard these cars were built to last so didn't bother me too much as it has a full service with it.
Haven't named it yet but its a standard motor and I'm wanting to give it a new lease of life with a few modifications. I'm going to give it a mini service ie oil, filters, and water/coolent changes, plugs etc but need a bit more power. A new fuel (carby) set-up is a good place to start?
After that, who knows... what ever I do with it, i'll be getting a few pointers from you guys first.
Cheers
Andy
