Stop the West Coast Being Closed.
Just a quick one, rally is at Smithton on Sunday 20th May. To rally against closures in the Arthur Pieman area.
Please attend and show your support, after all this is our country.
So if you want parts of the West Coast area to stay open come and have your say.
More info can be found at http://www.4wdaction.com.au/articles...closure-update
I have my flights booked, I do not want to see this great part of Australia closed to all of us.
See you there on Sunday.
Cheers
David

If you have ever seen our west coast you will know why we want to keep it open and if you haven't seen it then that's also a dam good reason to keep it open too as hopefully one day you will be able to wonder down for a look its well worth it.
I'll be there and hoping we get a good turn out. I know not everyone can just drop everything and jump on a plain, lifes not that simple but thanks to all that can and I know the rest of you will be there in spirit.

Have seen it several times, that is why I booked my flight and posted the comment.
Get behind this everyone and stop the tide from changing.

Hey not long now before the rally at Smithton.
Just remember that this Rally requires just not 4wd people but people from all walks of life who are concerned about what is being done.
It is your (Australians) land so help keep it open to all that want to use this area.
Better management is what is needed, not lock the gate attitude.
Cheers

There are fifteen tracks being closed. Fifty remain open.
The area past the Interview river has always been out of bounds for vehicles but has never been inforced.

From what I have been told we won't be allowed past sandy cape so we can't even get to the Interview River.

Not %100 sure of that but I don't think that's the case. Most people don't know that vehicles have never been allowed past the Interview river, its Been the case for a long time just wasn't inforced.
