RIP - valued member and true gentleman of this forum that will be missed by many!
their list of Qld stockists would give me some confidence that the gear would do the job.

Well they advertise that their straps are Australian Made and Comply with the Australian Standards. Nice.
But.. I have Never heard of them either!! Also, their prices are NOT a cheap alternative in any way and i think you will find that they are trying to sell a branded product that noone has heard of for a similar price to that of the likes of ARB and other quality proven products?? No Brainer for me, i'd be going with something i have heard of for sure.
Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!!

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

I've noticed them advertising it in the last few issues of 4WD Action, they seem to specialise in winches and recovery gear. It doesn't look too bad but it's hard to say until it's had some usage and testing in the real world (not in 4WD Action land where they'll try and sell you/promote anything!!)
I'd be interested if anyone has more info because I need to get some recovery bits and pieces soon and am considering my options.
Cheers,
Gareth

I would think that most recovery straps sold in Oz that are to our standards would be ok. But in saying that I have always gone for recovery gear that I know has been tested. I have an arb 8T snatch strap, snatch block 9000 and cable damper, Just straps 11T snatch strap, 20m winch ext strap, 8t snatch block, equalizer strap and a 12T tree trunk protector.
Plus an assortment of rated bow shackles at 3.25T and 4.7T.
Cheers
