Dig Tree /Innamincka from Brisbane - any recommendations or tips?

G'day,

Very much touring rather than going hard - will be heading out to the Dig Tree - fairly fast to at least St George, then sight seeing from then on.

Would welcome any suggestions on things worth seeing and doing :-)

Other vehicle is an X-trail.

I wish I could help you mate but It's been over 20 years since I last went to the Dig Tree and Innamincka area.

I'll get back up there one day!!!

Hey Silver we have just come back from there but from SA. I am in the process of doing a trip report but as I have heaps of pics to sort through it is taking longer than I thought.
