    TD42 AFR Excess Smoke

    G'day guys,

Looking for some advice and someone with experience tuning a patrol.
I have had it on the dyno for a tune and its still a bit smokey, pours out the smoke down low at 18:1, but still blows smoke at 24:1 on the dyno.
Can see black smoke out the back when cruising along a flat road at 100km/h after 15mins of driving in the morning, so dont think its because of heat soak. didnt think smoke was visible at that lean of an afr?
Fuel is also limiting boost only makes roughly 17psi, but if more fuel is added it makes the 20 psi that the boost t is set to.
Pump came with a custom fuel pin when i got it back that was attempted to grind because it was way off, have since bought a standard pin to try and take it back to the dyno. But not sure why it smokes so much at these AFR's?
    Car info
    TD42 silvertop
new reco 12mm boost compensated pump
    new injectors
    top mount w2a intercooler
    kinugawa 18g td05 with a t25 manifold (unsure if 6 or 8cm looks like 6)

    Any help would be great,
    Thanks Guys
