    2012 Patrol Y62 rocks

    Hey guys,

I'm new on here, and about to buy my first 4x4 - the new 2012 Patrol - top spec. Was wondering if there is much of a mod scene for these types of cars, particularly on the exhaust sound & wheel / tyre pimping sides. The car will be driven on road and on sand only ( I live near the desert )

Any ideas on some nice looking rims?

PS - I am overseas and the Y62 has been out here for a few years already........landcruiser has got NOTHING on this thing !

an exhaust like the one here at the 3:00 mark

dachopper, I don't know what is around for that model - a look at the websites of the usual suspects may help - TJM, ARB, Opposite Lock, Ironman and all the rest.

Then the issue is do they ship to which ever country it is that your new patrol would spend its time.

I'm sure you wouldn't have a problem getting an exhaust custom made for it, and there would be thousands of rims that would fit, you've just gotta look!

Question: what do you want to do with it?

A PTO winch, offroad tires and bar work isn't going to suit you, if you want a steet cruizer slammed into the weeds.
