An Extraordinary Man!
A State Funeral well deserved, Thank you Victoria.
Jim Stynes was a Legend of the game of AFL, a record of continuous games that will likely never be matched. A Saviour for the Melbourne Football Club in their time of need, A Champion of the Kids that have lost their way and need a bit of guidance. He was a Champion of the game but a True Champion of Life too.
Those from Non AFL states Jim Stynes was a true Gentleman that inspired those around him to achieve, off the field he became a Mentor for many young Australians that needed guidance and support to see their potential
This is Jim Stynes's Legacy www.reach.org.au/

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Without causing an international incident, I've definitely never heard of the bloke. But reading the Herald's report on him, he sounds like a dead set champion of a human being. The world has too few of them, and from all reports, he made a major impact on the community and Victoria, and used his position of influence (as an elite sportsman) to foster program's and awareness that assisted a great many people.
Didn't know you, wish I did mate. RIP.
