Thanks, i did not shift on the fly, it was all stationary, but sounded bad. lol.

Personally, if you were stationary I'd be very surprised if you even gave it a hurry up (they're tough boxes), but as said, just for peace of mind if you want to drop the transfer case fluid just to be sure of no filings, then do that mate - at least puts your mind at ease, but as said, would highly doubt you've done any real damage as such.
