custom rear bar
I am planning to do a custom rear bar. What would be the best thickness tubing to use?

3mm thickness .... OD (outer diameter) is really up to you, but I used 60mm on top and 45mm for the bottom section. Both 3mm thick though for required strength.

I've gone over kill for my front bar, using 6mm.....lol but I do have a tendency to get frisky with trees and burnt out cars on the tracks when out and about lol

yeah my rear bar is about 5 or 6mm too. Overkill but it will never ever bend.

whot you on about bigrig we do design planes but they was that heavy we took the wings off and called them subs :]
