Take every piece of wet weather gear you own, buy a beanie and gloves and consider snow chains!!! Take some summer clothes too. Justin case. lol
When are you going there? I'm only 150k's away.
There's
whale world
the big windmills near the prison,
no traffic lights so brush up on your indicating at roundabouts. Rumour has it that whereever the town planner put his coffee and a coffee ring appeared on the map, that's where the roundabout went. lol
I'll do a bit of homework and get back to you.

Damn, I'm gunna miss you!!!!
I'm off on a bit of a tour too. Heading from my place to Esperance (400k), turn left and head north to Norseman (200k), spend a couple of nights there and head home.
Yes, yes, I know. Plenty of pics. I'm recharging my camera as you read. lol
Take care out there.

Please, please be careful on the road
Freo to Albany and back in the one day is a lot of driving! If you're not used to long distance driving, it'll knock you around.
Fatigue is one of the biggest killers on Albany Highway.
I'm amazed by the amount of white crosses on the side of the road. Unfortunately, they're everywhere.
From memory, it's about 830k return, plus, all the running around you'll be doing.
Enjoy! There's lots to see and do. At least you'll get a taste of what's on offer.
Take care out there.

What part of WA are you visiting?
When I get back next week, I'll sit down and make a list of things to do in WA. I had one made up before but, doh, I didn't save it. I'm sick of typing the same sheet over and over. I'll get it together one day and remember to save my stuff. lol
