Bolt size for EGR pipe

Would anyone know offhand the size of the bottom bolts on the egr pipe. One of mine is missing (which I presume is why I'm getting a fan belt type squeal at different rev ranges because it is not sealing properly ) The remaining bolt has a number 7 stamped on the end. As you can tell,I'm not that familiar with thread sizes.
Hope one of you knowlegable guys can help.
