What are the symptoms Mark? can you hear air entering the system, or spongy brakes/clutch?

In theory it can't be mate. Heel & Toe to rev up its double vac power works a treat :-) When revs are 'off' she's a rolling lump of steel that also needs synchronised box tricking down ;-)

Where does the 'displaced air' release to on your set-up? Is there a sticky check valve of sorts that is not closing under low pressure, but working under high pressure?

Love ya Mat mate, Cracka ;-) You know I'm a simpleton stubborn dumb old clutch bloke :-) Phil mate, I cannot find any vac dump type valve anywhere bro. 1999 converted BD say still running stock 4.2T twin vac cannisters. All roads/pipes lead to brake/clutch boosters.
