Did the EGR block and removed the butterfly from this unit in the red circle in the air intake.

Fixed my engines reluctance to rev past 2,200rpm and it boosts earlier now.
    Cheers Rod

Installed an ebay remote central locking system. Why didn't I do this earlier?

Not overly, the instructions were in quite bad chinglish so that took a bit of working out. But other then that the hardest part was routing the trigger wires through to the drivers door. My patrol didn't have a grommet to the rubber conduit, it was a big arse plug from body to door. I got the drill onto it though. Less than $50 all up.

Got mine all back together finally last night. Started it up, let it warm up, and I can smell coolant but can't see it. Engine light is still on too. Now do I take some water with me and go for a drive or just leave it in the garage and just pretend the motor is fubar and I need to do a TD conversion? Lol.

    take water with you,
try and isolate where that coolant smell is coming from first
might still be an easy fix,
does the ECU talk work on yours

ECU talk works with mine. I might drop over to Georges after I am sure there is no leaks and see what the error is. I also remove the air resonator box while everything was out and plumbed the vac line for the needle valve directly into the intake.

Take it for a drive. You need to be ready to come to Toolangi on the 30th
