What's going in the lefty @MB ? I'd be needing a sticker or some other method to remember what's where. Bloody great invention though mate.

Mucked around sacrificing coolant to the coolant gods in the overflow vent, after replacing all cooling system caps, so blanking caps for radiator and 16 PSI pressure cap to expansion tank, and cycling through from warm to cool and refill and repeat over and over (for any air trap removal), as per fault finding instructions from Brunswick, and guess what, no changes, overflow tank still blowing out coolant and coolant does not get hotter than 60 degrees by the laser temp gun on the two tanks.
So pressurization coming from somewhere right deptie being told it is unlikely to be a head gasket or a cracked head. So the discussions will continue.
Evidently BD has identified a shop in Blackheath (in the blue mountains) that is happy to work on these 6.5 chevs. so looks like we will be dropping in there eventually.

Back on break, started the beast for a quick run, and was doing a cursory look over things under the bonnet and noticed a dull orange glow on a 12V - cable to the accessory fuse block. Quick finger check and receive a nice little 12V finger burn. Checked quickly with voltmeter and accessories running at 10.5V. Switched everything off and found the earth not was loose. Tightened up, back to 12.8, simple things can catch you, pays to do the checks.

Glowing as in the accessories weren't lighting up properly or the actual joint was glowing?
