After discussing it with the bloke he's was all "yep yep, strengthened them before" and today was all "na we didn't quote to strengthen, but we left the weld proud and didn't grind it all away so it's strong as.."
I felt like slapping the stupid out of him.. I'm a farking welder by trade..
That shit will just crack right next to the weld..
Owell.. it will crack again..
Just hopefully soon enough to claim warrenty again and this time they can brace it as discussed...

After some to and fro.. finally got the 2" lift with Kings KDFR-42H and KDRR-45H, sitting exactly 50mm high.
The guys had an issue with ABS and Diff-lock, later found out they connected the vacuum hoses wrong way, all sorted out at the end, drives fantastic.
Also done the 140k service, bloody expensive.
