I can’t wait to get decent grid power up in the hills, seriously considering a fuel powered welder to save money on melting leads and or longer weld time than say 200mm @180amps before resting rubbery snakes for 10 min cool downs in between :-)

Hodge reminded me to 240v charge my batteries, so I'm doing that now. Thanks mate.

I said good bye to my little Rossi welder this week, sold on Gumtree to a professional welding tradesman, so with luck he gets some performance out of it that I, the hack, could not.

Beefed up the front with double Koni's. Took about 2 days for the first side and a day for the second. I bought another pair of shocker towers and married them together. Bit of a head twist getting the mounts sorted out but happy with the outcome. I am looking to reduce fade essentially, and for my type of driving this will do just fine. Also, I end up with a ready installed spare if one blows out - but thats a fringe issue i am sure.
