Removed the wiring loom from the ecu and engine and packed it up to send off. Also removed all wiring/ birds nest from the aux battery going into the cab. There was so many wires i couldnt remeber what these wires were for. Now im left with a gaping hole in the firewall loom boot.
Once the conversion is done, i will re wire the enitre aux side and what ever was attached there and put the aux back in.

Re mounted my ECU-talk and fabricated three brackets so the awning will sit level with the gutter.
going to re-think the gauge side of things, happy as with the awning set up.
No metal on metal contact anywhere.
my icv% is still reasonably high
Hard ware will be changed to allen round head stainless bolts nuts etc.

Dismantled Runva winch for a clean and regrease. Was so clean inside I needn't have bothered, surprising considering she's been swimming a few times.

Stripped and cleaned it all, and a regrease anyway, since I had it all apart. Parts cleaner would come in handy, but ah well, easy job.

Just used an 8 gauge to a distributor block. I might swap it out for a 4 gauge though.

    Gday,

Just wondering what model Runva you are running, and has it done everything you have asked of it?

Runva 11xp. Everything and more. Been used underwater a few times, and like I said, water ingress was at a minimum (tiny bit of grease discoloration near the free spool lever).

They come with great warranties and well priced. 10/10 would buy a again!
