    TD4.2 to Chev/GMC Auto Box

A friend of mine is considering swapping in a TD4.2 to his Cruiser. It already has a Chev/GM sm420 transmission. Does anyone know if anyone makes an adapter for a swap with a Chev/GM transmission (sm420/sm465/nv4500)? Pics/build? I did not see anything on Mark's Adapters.

That's a tricky one. Have you emailed Mark asking him?

He may be able to do it but not advertise it on his site but would imagine to be quite pricey.

Thanks for the tip Gec. I did a search on Outerlimits and found two threads of use. These two companies are supposed to make adapters for the TD4.2 to mate to a Turbo 400/700 tranny.

AB, I told my friend to email Mark's. I am not sure if he has done so yet.
